The Challenge
The problem
The Madalyn Robinson Foundation needed more than a brochure. Families and sponsors needed Maddy's story, scholarship purpose, and a real registration path for the Oak Valley Golf Scramble — 4-person teams, capacity limits, and payment before a roster spot sticks — without duct-taping Venmo screenshots and spreadsheets.

The Solution
BraddCorp shipped a Next.js foundation site on the Braddcorp reg stack — Turso, Clerk (staff), Stripe, SendKit, and Cloudflare R2 — with fairway-green brand chrome and custom team registration for the scramble.
Her Story & purpose
Maddy's bio and the foundation mission — scholarships for graduating seniors from Herculaneum and DeSoto High Schools, plus board-approved community service — in one quiet, hopeful voice.
Event pages that sell the day
Date, Oak Valley location with Google/Apple Maps, team pricing, and live capacity — so captains know how many spots remain before they open the form.
Team holds + Stripe
Opening register reserves a team slot for 10 minutes. Stripe Checkout + webhook confirms the roster; unpaid holds expire back into the pool.
Tickets & email
Paid captains get a SendKit confirmation with a shareable /ticket/[code] page and QR. Cron sends a 7-day teammate reminder before the scramble.
Day-of check-in desk
Staff search paid teams, check players in/undo, scan QR codes, sell desk add-ons, and export CSV totals from a live dashboard.
Sponsors & gallery
Staff upload logos and photos to R2. Published sponsor marks scroll in the footer; gallery filters by event for after the green.
Register your team
4-person scramble form with a live hold timer, captain details, roster notes, and pay-before-confirm flow — $500/team for the Oak Valley event, capacity tracked as teams not individuals.
Phone-first memorial chrome
Short “Maddy's” wordmark, disclosure nav, and a full-bleed hero photo so the first viewport stays brand-first on a phone in a carpool or at the course.
